Job Description

  • Call Management: Conduct high-volume outbound cold/warm calls or manage incoming customer queries.
  • Sales & Pitching: Use product knowledge and structured scripts to introduce offers and handle objections.
  • CRM & Record Keeping: Log all call outcomes, orders, and customer details into a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Follow-Ups: Nurture pending leads via phone or email to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly quotas for call volume, conversion rates, and revenue. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]
