Field Collection Executive

Key responsibilities:–     

_ Own collections on your allocated portfolio - meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for recoveries, roll-backs, and resolution across DPD buckets.

–      Conduct scheduled field visits to customers’ homes and business premises, following a planned daily route to maximise coverage and productivity.

–      Engage customers to understand reasons for delay, negotiate repayment commitments, and follow up rigorously on promises-to-pay.

–      Collect payments through approved digital and physical channels, issue valid receipts, and deposit cash collections within the prescribed timelines.

–      Update visit outcomes, customer feedback, and payment status on the collections app in real time - accurate data is part of the job.

–      Carry out skip-tracing on untraceable customers through local enquiries, references, and available records.

–      Flag high-risk accounts, disputes, and potential fraud early to your Area Manager, and support pre-legal and legal actions where required.

–      Adhere strictly to RBI guidelines, the Fair Practices Code, and the company’s code of conduct - no coercion, no harassment, no shortcuts.
