Job Description
Job Title: Workshop Supervisor / Service Advisor
Sipra Motors Services, Kalinga Chowk, Choudwar, is looking for an experienced and responsible Workshop Supervisor / Service Advisor to manage daily workshop operations.
Responsibilities:
• Handle customers and understand their vehicle problems
• Prepare job cards, estimates and quotations
• Inspect vehicles and explain required repairs to customers
• Supervise mechanics and assign daily work
• Coordinate spare parts and ensure timely availability
• Check repair quality before vehicle delivery
• Handle customer calls and WhatsApp communication
• Manage vehicle receiving and delivery
• Prepare bills and maintain daily workshop records
• Send daily sales, vehicle and work-status reports to the owner
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the workshop in the owner’s absence
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in an automobile workshop/service centre preferred
• Good knowledge of cars, servicing and repairs
• Good customer-handling and communication skills
• Ability to manage mechanics and workshop operations independently
• Honest, responsible and reliable
Salary: ₹9,000–₹12000,000/month + performance incentive
Location: Kalinga Chowk, Choudwar, Cuttack, Odisha
