Business Development Manager (Corporate Sales) – Real Estate
Star Promoters | Coimbatore
About the Company
Star Promoters is a trusted plot developer in Coimbatore. We build gated residential plot communities with approved layouts. Our sales team works on a clear CRM system with defined roles.
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month fixed, plus booking-linked incentives
Experience: 3–6 years in corporate sales, B2B sales or real estate sales
Education: Any graduate (MBA or sales background preferred)
Your Job
- Find and meet corporate clients, such as companies, institutions, associations and employee groups
- Build tie-ups to sell our plots to their employees and members
- Present our projects, pricing, approvals and benefits to HR heads and decision makers
- Organise corporate presentations and site visits
- Negotiate within company limits and close bulk and group bookings
- Collect token advance and confirm bookings
- Work with the CRM team and site sales team on follow-ups
- Update leads, meetings and visit status in the CRM
You Should Have
- Experience in corporate or B2B selling, with strong presentation skills
- Ability to meet senior people and handle negotiations
- A closing mindset and comfort with targets
- Basic CRM, WhatsApp, calling and Excel skills
How You Are Measured
- Number of corporate tie-ups signed
- Number of bookings closed
- Token amount collected
- Average booking value
- Customer feedback
