Job Description
- Welcome customers and understand their car care requirements.
- Explain detailing services, packages, offers, and pricing to customers.
- Coordinate with the detailing/service team for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the service.
- Give updates to customers regarding service progress and vehicle status.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Ensure customer satisfaction before and after service completion.
- Follow up with customers after service for feedback.
- Generate repeat business through regular customer follow-ups.
- Promote AMC, premium detailing packages, ceramic coating, PPF, and other services.
- Maintain customer records and service history.
- Handle customer calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Collect customer feedback and report issues to the Branch Manager.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Service teams to improve customer experience.
- Prepare daily customer follow-up and service reports.
