Job Description
Job Description: We are looking for a smart, tech-savvy person to manage our digital marketing activities and AI backend operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Instagram, Facebook and other social media accounts.
- Manage and optimise Google Business Profile (Google My Business), including posts, reviews, photos and lead generation.
- Create and upload promotional posts, reels and marketing content.
- Monitor and manage backend operations of AI-based calling systems, including lead tracking, call reports and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure leads are properly recorded and followed up.
- Maintain daily reports on leads, calls, social media performance and customer enquiries.
- Required SkillsKnowledge of Instagram, Facebook and Google Business Profile.
- Basic graphic design and video/reel editing skills.
- Good computer skills, Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to work with AI tools, CRM software and digital marketing platforms.
- Good communication, organisation and reporting skills.
Preferred: Experience in digital marketing, lead management, AI calling systems or CRM software.
