Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Description

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to drive sales of our Software Products through direct client visits, product demonstrations, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers through direct field visits.

• Conduct face-to-face meetings and product demonstrations.

• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Identify new business opportunities through field visits and market research.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.

• Follow up with prospects, negotiate deals, and close sales.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Maintain daily field visit reports, sales records, and customer follow-ups.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in sales/business development.

• Experience in ERP or HMS (Hospital Management System) software product sales is preferred.

• Good knowledge of software products and B2B sales.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.

• Ability to generate leads, manage sales pipelines, and achieve targets.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and product demonstrations.

• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory.
