Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, candidate screening, interviews and offers.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation and induction.
- Maintain attendance, leave records and employee information.
- Support payroll inputs and employee lifecycle processes.
- Coordinate staff training and performance reviews.
- Monitor employee retention, exits and handovers.
- Implement HR policies and maintain monthly HR reports.
Requirements
- MBA/PG qualification in HR or equivalent.
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organisational and employee-management abilities.
- Fluency in Tamil and English.
