Job Description
Team Leader is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve business objectives and project sales targets. The role involves monitoring lead generation, follow-ups, site visits, and booking conversions while ensuring the team maintains high performance standards. A Team Leader provides training, motivation, and guidance to sales executives, assists in customer negotiations, and supports the closure of sales transactions. They also prepare sales reports, analyze market trends and competitor activities, coordinate with marketing and CRM teams, and ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process. The primary objective of a Real Estate Team Leader is to drive revenue growth, enhance team productivity, and maximize customer satisfaction
