Location: Coimbatore | Full-Time | Permanent | WFO


We are hiring customer support executives for an inbound voice process/BPO role.


Responsibilities


  • Handle inbound customer calls and queries.
  • Resolve customer complaints and requests.
  • Provide professional customer support.
  • Follow SOPs and quality standards.
