Job Description

Hiring: Senior Telecaller / Telesales

📍 Location: Coimbatore

Salary will be offered based on your experience and skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound sales calls to potential customers
  • Explain products/services and convert leads into sales
  • Follow up with interested customers
  • Maintain customer records and call reports
  • Achieve sales targets with a professional approach

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills
  • Confidence in handling customer calls
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM)
  • Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
  • Prior exp in Team Handling is aplus
