Job Description
Urgent opening for Telesales Executive- Solar company with Good salary and Attractive Incentives
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on generated leads.
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable solar power solutions.
- Handle customer queries regarding solar systems, pricing, benefits, subsidies, and installation.
- Follow up with interested customers until the sales closure.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer information in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales/site survey team for further customer visits and closures.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Build a good relationship with customers and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Requirements1–3 years of experience in Telesales / Telecalling / Inside Sales / Solar Sales preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle customer objections and convert leads into sales.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Candidates from Coimbatore are preferred.
- Languages Known- Malayalam fluency must
