• Job ResponsibilitiesFollow up with customers for timely loan repayments and overdue collections.
• Visit customers in the field for payment collection and repayment follow-ups.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and resolve payment-related queries.
• Achieve monthly collection targets assigned by the company.
• Maintain accurate records of collections, customer visits, and payment status.
• Coordinate with the branch team to ensure smooth collection operations.
• Submit daily collection reports and update customer information.
• Follow company policies and professional standards during collection activities.
• Eligibility CriteriaAge between 21 and 30 years.
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; graduates preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area for field visits.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
