Job Description

Role: Backend Coordinator (GeM / Accounts / Operations)

The Role

  • GeM operations: Manage listings, bids and order processing.
  • Accounts & billing: Handle invoices, payment follow-ups and reconciliation.
  • Partner coordination: Liaise with OEMs, brands, vendors and internal teams.
  • Orders & documentation: Prepare quotations and purchase orders; track dispatches and deliveries.
  • Stock & inventory: Maintain stock records and reconcile inventory.
  • Reporting & support: Prepare Excel MIS reports, maintain records and coordinate after-sales follow-ups.

What You Bring

  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Working knowledge of GeM and accounts
  • Clear communication, ownership and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
