Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support financial operations of the organization. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, invoicing, and reconciliation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting records and bookkeeping
• Prepare sales and purchase entries in Tally/ERP
• Handle GST invoicing, GST filing support, and TDS-related work
• Manage bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation
• Prepare and maintain expense reports and vouchers
• Coordinate with vendors and clients for payment follow-ups
• Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting
• Maintain proper documentation and accounting records
• Support audit and compliance activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and GST compliance
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of TDS, GST, and basic taxation
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.)
