Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a smart, proactive, organised and business-oriented Manager who can work directly with the Founder & CEO and manage planning, coordination, follow-ups, banking relationships and business execution.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage Founder’s schedule, meetings and priorities.
- Coordinate with banks, customers, DSAs, employees and business partners.
- Track loan files, important follow-ups and pending tasks.
- Prepare MIS, reports, presentations and meeting briefs.
- Coordinate team activities and ensure timely execution.
- Handle professional communication, emails and WhatsApp.
- Assist in business planning, strategy and new opportunities.
- Research banking/loan products and prepare useful information.
- Represent the Founder professionally when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of business and financial information.

Banking / Finance / Loan / DSA / MBA / Business Management experience preferred.
