Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Health Insurance Calling Sales Executive to contact potential customers, explain health insurance plans, understand their requirements, and generate sales through phone calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customers' insurance needs, budget, and requirements.
- Explain policy benefits, coverage, premiums, exclusions, and terms clearly.
- Handle customer questions and provide accurate information about insurance products.
- Maintain daily records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass and graduation
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi communication skills preferred.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, insurance, banking, or financial services is an advantage.
- Freshers with communication skills can also apply.
