The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, converting inquiries into successful orders, ensuring a seamless buying experience, and building long-term customer loyalty.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, emails, Instagram, and other communication channels.
• Build strong customer relationships through personalized and professional communication.
• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products from our premium collections.
• Convert customer inquiries and leads into confirmed orders through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Assist customers with product details, sizing, customization, pricing, payments, shipping, and exchanges.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
• Keep customers updated about their orders and proactively communicate any delays.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure quick, satisfactory resolutions.
• Follow up with customers after delivery to collect feedback and encourage repeat purchases.
• Maintain accurate customer records, inquiries, follow-ups, and order details.
• Assist with customized orders and communicate specific requirements to the production team.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business.
• Maintain the premium service standards and brand image of PERKS.
• Required Skills & QualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident and professional personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Customer-first attitude with patience and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple customer conversations efficiently.
• Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, email, and social media platforms.
• Prior experience in customer relationship management, luxury retail, e-commerce, or sales will be an advantage.
