Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Debt Recovery Agent to handle customer follow-ups and recovery of overdue loan/EMI payments. The candidate will communicate with customers, understand payment issues, follow up on commitments and achieve assigned recovery targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesContact customers regarding overdue loan/EMI payments.
• Follow up with customers for timely payment and recovery.
• Explain outstanding amounts, due dates and available payment options.
• Negotiate professionally with customers regarding payment commitments.
• Conduct field visits when required for collection/recovery.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status.
• Update daily recovery reports in Excel/CRM/mobile application.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly recovery targets.
• Coordinate with the Team Leader/Collection Manager on difficult cases.
• Maintain professional and respectful communication with customers.
• Eligibility & SkillsMinimum 10th/12th Pass; Graduation preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer/Excel knowledge.
• Comfortable working with collection targets.
• For field roles, two-wheeler and valid driving licence may be preferred.
