ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a talented E-Commerce Executive to manage our operations across India's leading e-commerce platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with expertise in multi-platform marketplace management to join a fast-growing organization.

Flipkart • Amazon • Meesho • Myntra • Ajio • Jio Mart

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

●       Manage product listings and catalog across multiple e-commerce platforms

●       Monitor and optimize product performance, pricing, and inventory levels

●       Handle order processing, fulfillment, and customer communication

●       Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities

●       Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and analytics

●       Coordinate with logistics partners and resolve shipping/delivery issues

●       Implement promotional campaigns and seasonal offers across platforms

●       Maintain brand consistency and ensure compliance with platform guidelines

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

●       1–3 years of hands-on experience with Flipkart, Amazon, or similar platforms

●       Proficiency in product listing optimization and catalog management

●       Strong knowledge of e-commerce metrics, KPIs, and analytics tools

●       Excellent communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams

●       Proficiency in Excel and data analysis

●       Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)

●       Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

DESIRABLE SKILLS

●       Experience with Google Sheets, Shopify, or inventory management software

●       Knowledge of digital marketing and promotional strategies

●       Understanding of logistics and supply chain management

●       Experience with customer service platforms and complaint handling
