Job Description
- Lead Generation: Sourced new clients through open-market activities, cold calling, networking, direct field visits, channel partners, and digital or branch leads. [
- Customer Consultation: Understand client financial needs, explain different loan options, terms, interest rates, and repayment structures.
- File Processing: Collect required financial and KYC documents, verify eligibility, coordinate credit risk checks, and assist clients through application, sanction, and disbursement stages.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for new loan logins and total loan value disbursal.
- Relationship Management: Maintain post-sale connections with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
