Job SummaryWe are looking fovernment e-Marketplace (GeM) activities, including product listing, bid participation, order management, documentation, and coordination with government buyers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain the company's GeM seller account.
• Search and monitor relevant GeM bids/tenders.
• Prepare and submit bids, quotations, and required documents.
• Create, upload, and update product catalogues on GeM.
• Monitor orders, deliveries, invoices, and payments.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Production, and Logistics teams.
• Communicate with government buyers regarding orders and requirements.
• Maintain accurate GeM records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable GeM rules and procedures.

• Required Skills
• Good knowledge of GeM portal and bidding process.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good documentation and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple bids/orders.
• Attention to detail.
