Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative and digitally savvy Graphic Designer & Social Media Intern to join our marketing and creative team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of graphic designing, social media platforms, content creation, and current digital trends.

The selected candidate will contribute to developing engaging brand creatives, managing social media activities, planning content, and strengthening JM Looks' digital presence across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Designing & Creative Development:

• Design engaging social media posts, stories, banners, and promotional creatives.
• Develop product-focused creatives and marketing materials for digital campaigns.
• Create visually appealing content aligned with JM Looks' brand identity.
• Work on festival campaigns, promotional activities, product launches, and brand communication.
• Maintain consistency in visual quality, typography, layouts, and brand aesthetics.

Social Media Management:

• Assist in managing JM Looks' social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Facebook.
• Plan and execute social media content calendars.
• Research trending topics, hashtags, fashion trends, and competitor activities.
• Develop engaging captions, post descriptions, and creative content ideas.
• Coordinate the publishing and scheduling of social media posts, stories, and reels.
• Monitor engagement, reach, followers, and overall content performance.
• Suggest innovative ideas to improve brand visibility, audience engagement, and organic growth.

Content & Digital Marketing:

• Assist in developing creative concepts for brand awareness and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with the internal team for product launches and marketing activities.
• Explore AI-powered creative tools to improve content quality and productivity.
• Stay updated with emerging social media trends and digital marketing practices.
• Required Skills & Technical KnowledgeAdobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Canva
• Basic understanding of graphic design principles and visual communication.
• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Knowledge of social media content planning and management.
• Good written communication and caption-writing skills.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Google Flow will be an added advantage.
• Candidate ProfileFreshers and students with relevant creative and social media skills are welcome.
• Creative mindset with a strong interest in fashion, branding, and digital media.
• Good sense of aesthetics, colours, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to identify social media trends and translate them into engaging content.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
• A portfolio or samples of previous creative work will be an added advantage.

Internship Details:

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Work Mode: On-site
• Location: Basement Floor, JM Looks, 73/7/3, Pillar No. 463, Near Rajdhani Park Metro Station, New Delhi, Delhi – 110041.
