💼 Job Title: HR Executive
📍 Location: South Ex Part 2, New Delhi
💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month
📅 Experience: Minimum 2 Years

- 🔹 Job Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening & interviews
- Manage employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR database
- Handle attendance, leave management & payroll coordination
- Support employee engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with HR policies & labour laws
- Handle employee queries and workplace discipline
- 🔹 RequirementsGraduate; MBA/HR preferred
- Minimum 2 years of HR/Recruitment experience
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & HR tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
