Job Description – Merchandiser Intern 

Location: Ansari Road, New Delhi 

Position Overview

The Merchandiser Intern at Pasaro Fashions will support the merchandising and product development team in daily operations, sampling coordination, vendor communication, and production follow ups. This internship is designed to provide hands on exposure to the functioning of a modern apparel brand, from concept development to final product execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in product development, including fabric selection, trims, and style detailing.

• Support the team in sample development, follow ups with vendors, and tracking sample status.

• Coordinate with printers, and factories for approvals, timelines, and dispatches.

• Prepare and update tech packs, measurement sheets, and BOMs as guided by the senior merchandiser.

• Support the team during photoshoots, product listing preparation, and catalog development.

• Ensure smooth communication between design, production, and logistics teams.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong interest in fashion, apparel production, and merchandising.

• Basic understanding of fabrics, trims, and garment construction.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and AI tools.

• Ability to multitask and manage timelines.

• Detail oriented, disciplined, and eager to learn.

Education & Eligibility

• Graduate or pursuing graduation in Fashion Design, Fashion Technology, Merchandising, or related fields.

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of internship/project experience may apply.
