Job Description
The MIS Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining the company's Management Information System (MIS) to support operational and business needs. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to facilitate informed decision-making while ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, compile, and analyze data from various departments to generate reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, including operations, inventory, and performance metrics.
- Maintain and update the company’s MIS to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Develop automated reports and dashboards using tools like MS Excel, Google Sheets, or specialized software.
- Identify areas for operational improvement by analyzing data trends and system usage.
- Collaborate with teams to implement process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
