Job Description
Tracking Manager – JD & KPI
1. Appointment Compliance
* Ensure vehicles reach clients within the scheduled appointment time.
* KPI: ≥ 98% compliance.
2. POD Management
* Ensure timely collection and submission of all PODs.
* KPI: 100% POD received by 15th of the next month.
3. Vehicle Tracking
* Monitor all vehicles and ensure regular tracking updates.
* KPI: ≥ 97% tracking visibility.
4. Delay Monitoring
* Identify and escalate delays on time.
* KPI: 100% delays above 5 hours to be escalated.
5. Team Management
* Manage Tracking Executives and allocate daily work.
* Monitor team performance, productivity, and discipline.
* Each executive to monitor 35–40 vehicles daily.
* Response time: ≤ 15 minutes.
6. MIS & Reporting
* Ensure timely and accurate daily/weekly reports.
* KPI: 100% reporting compliance.
7. Issue Resolution
* Coordinate with Operations, Drivers, Transporters, and Clients to resolve tracking-related issues.
* Ensure timely closure of pending issues.
