Sales and Marketing Executive

. Business Development & Sales

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for APIs, intermediates, and related pharmaceutical products.
• Generate leads through market research, networking, and industry events (CPHI, trade fairs, online platforms, etc.).
• Achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in assigned territories.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations.

2. Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers, distributors, and formulators.
• Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
• Ensure timely communication regarding offers, samples, COAs, GMP documents, regulatory files (DMF/COS), and supply updates.

3. Market Intelligence

• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, pricing, new molecules, and competitor activities.
• Monitor demand–supply dynamics of key APIs.
• Share periodic market reports with management.

4. Coordination & Operations

• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams for quotations, samples, documentation, and deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.
• Follow up for order execution, payments, and logistics.

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain records of inquiries, quotations, sales forecasts, and client interactions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports.
