 About the RoleWEChartered Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Marketing & Sales Executive to expand our Centre Partner network across Delhi NCR.

This is a field sales and marketing role that requires daily travel, client meetings, market visits, lead generation, and partner onboarding activities. Candidates looking for a desk-based or office-only role should not apply.

•  Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular field visits to identify and approach potential Centre Partners.
• Generate leads through market visits, networking, and direct outreach.
• Meet business owners, consultants, and professionals to present the company's partnership model.
• Explain business opportunities, benefits, and revenue potential to prospective partners.
• Conduct sales presentations, follow-ups, and negotiations to convert leads.
• Onboard new Centre Partners and assist with documentation and activation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
• Visit partner centres regularly and provide business support when required.
• Gather market intelligence and identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly lead generation, partner acquisition, and sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of meetings, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Eligibility CriteriaGraduate in any discipline.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Field Sales, or Customer Acquisition can apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and travelling across Delhi NCR.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
• Ability to build relationships and close business opportunities.
• Preferred Candidate ProfilePrior experience in Field Sales, Direct Marketing, Business Development, or Partner Acquisition.
• Comfortable meeting clients face-to-face and generating business through field activities.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
