Sales Executive

Role overviewWe are hiring an Outbound Sales Executive (B2B) to convert marketplace enquiries for our label rolls into orders. Full-time, office-based at Kavi Nagar, Ghaziabad, reporting to the Sales Manager. Products include barcode, thermal, chromo, BOPP and PP label rolls and ribbons.

• Key responsibilitiesCall enquiries and Buy Leads from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, JustDial and similar platforms promptly, prioritizing the most relevant leads.
• Understand each requirement: label size, material, adhesive, core, quantity, printing and delivery timeline.
• Send quotations, catalogues and samples by WhatsApp and email; coordinate pricing with production.
• Follow up every quotation to closure, negotiate within approved limits, and collect POs and advances.
• Maintain seller panels on the platforms and log every lead in the CRM or Excel tracker.
• Build repeat orders from existing customers.

TargetsPerformance is judged on conversion, not call volume: response to new enquiries within 15 minutes, lead-to-order conversion, and monthly sales target.

• Requirements1–4 years of B2B tele-sales, with hands-on IndiaMART seller panel and BuyLeads experience.
• Fluent Hindi and working English; confident and persistent on the phone.
• Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets, email and WhatsApp Business.
• 12th pass; graduate preferred. Label, packaging or printing industry experience is a plus.

Compensation and how to applySalary ₹15,000–₹30,000 per month based on experience, plus a monthly incentive on sales above target. Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, with paid leaves
