Job Description
Panditata Research Technology is hiring confident and motivated Telecalling Sales Executives for its Delhi office. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services clearly.
- Follow up with interested customers and address their queries.
- Build positive customer relationships through professional communication.
- Maintain customer calling records and follow-up details.
- Work towards achieving assigned sales targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle customer queries and follow up consistently.
