Team Leader – Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team.
- Assign daily targets and monitor team performance.
- Track attendance, login, and daily productivity.
- Guide team members to achieve sales and disbursement targets.
- Provide regular performance updates to the Manager.
- Support team members in resolving work-related issues.
- Ensure company policies and processes are followed.
Requirements:
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Sales/team-handling experience preferred.
- Target-oriented and responsible approach.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team.
