Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented SEO Executive / SEO Specialist with 2+ years of hands-on experience to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, technical SEO, keyword research, content optimization, and Google Search performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent analysis.
  • Develop and implement effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Optimize website pages, content, meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking, and images.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits and identify issues affecting crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and rankings.
  • Build and manage high-quality backlinks using ethical and sustainable SEO practices.
  • Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and overall search performance.
  • Analyze competitors and identify new keyword and content opportunities.
  • Work with content writers to create and optimize SEO-friendly content.
  • Perform regular website audits and implement recommendations to improve organic visibility.
  • Use tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics/GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar SEO tools.
  • Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, AI search, and evolving search engine ranking factors.
  • Prepare regular SEO reports and communicate performance, insights, and recommendations to the team.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of practical SEO experience.
  • Strong understanding of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, Local SEO, and Keyword Research.
  • Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, GA4, and Screaming Frog.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of search intent, content optimization, internal linking, backlink analysis, and competitor research.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and website structure is a plus.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple SEO projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred: Experience with WordPress, local SEO/Google Business Profile, AI search optimization (AEO/GEO), and content strategy.
