Job Description
We are looking for a responsible Stock & Production Supervisor for our packaging manufacturing unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of raw materials, work-in-progress and finished-goods stock.
- Record daily stock inward, outward and material consumption.
- Coordinate with production supervisors and workers.
- Monitor daily production, pending orders and delivery schedules.
- Ensure timely availability of materials for production.
- Check physical stock and match it with records.
- Control material wastage and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Prepare daily stock and production reports for management.
- Maintain discipline and ensure smooth coordination on the factory floor.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in stock handling or production supervision.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and inventory records.
- Experience in packaging or manufacturing will be preferred.
- Good communication and team-handling skills.
- Candidate must be honest, disciplined and responsible.
