Job Description
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Guide team members on leads, follow-ups and customer handling.
Generate and convert leads for Home Loan, LAP & Business Loan.
Monitor daily team performance and prepare regular updates.
Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for smooth case processing.
Motivate the team and ensure consistent sales performance.
