Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to manage and guide a team of telecallers handling life insurance-related customer interactions. The candidate will be responsible for achieving team targets, monitoring performance, ensuring process adherence, and supporting team members in achieving their goals.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage, motivate, and monitor a team of telecallers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly team targets.
• Monitor team calling performance, productivity, and conversion.
• Conduct daily team huddles and provide regular feedback.
• Guide team members on customer handling and calling strategies.
• Track and maintain daily performance reports.
• Handle escalations and resolve customer/process-related issues.
• Ensure proper follow-up on leads and pending cases.
• Coordinate with internal teams for case resolution and customer requirements.
• Identify performance gaps and provide coaching and training.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance process guidelines.
• Share regular updates and reports with management.
• Requirements2–4 years of experience in telecalling, sales, life insurance, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Team Leader or Senior Executive is preferred.
• Good communication and team-handling skills.
• Strong target-oriented approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.
