  • Handle inquiries received through WhatsApp marketing.
  • Maintain customer and lead records in Excel.
  • Make cold calls and generate new sales leads.
  • Follow up with potential and existing customers to convert leads into sales.
  • Handle after-sales calls, understand customer issues, and provide/coordinate solutions.
  • Maintain regular communication and good relationships with clients.

Requirements: Good communication skills, basic Excel knowledge, and a sales-oriented mindset.
