Position: Telesales Executive
Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST
Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates Welcome
Location: Moti Nagr
We are looking for a confident, well-spoken and customer-focused Telesales Executive to join our team and communicate with based customers who have already expressed interest in our products/services.
What You'll Do
Contact warm/inbound leads and interested customers
1.Understand customer requirements and answer their questions
2.Provide accurate product and service information
3.Follow up with prospective customers
4.Build trust and maintain professional customer relationships
5.Work toward individual and team sales targets
6.Maintain customer details and follow-up records
