Job Description
- dentify and generate new sales leads through calls, emails, referrals, networking, and other channels.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their requirements.
- Present and explain products/services to potential and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Meet and consistently work toward monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports as required.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic sales-related issues.
- Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and business development activities.
