Job Summary

We are looking for a Dispatch Executive to manage day-to-day dispatch operations, documentation, order processing, coordination with warehouse and logistics teams, and timely shipment of goods to stores/customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily dispatch activities as per approved orders and schedules.
• Prepare and verify dispatch documents, invoices, delivery challans and related paperwork.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for picking, packing and loading of materials.
• Ensure correct quantity, product, SKU and destination before dispatch.
• Coordinate with transporters, drivers and logistics partners for timely deliveries.
• Maintain dispatch records and update shipment status in Excel/ERP.
• Track pending, dispatched and delivered orders.
• Resolve dispatch-related issues and coordinate with concerned departments.
• Ensure proper loading, packaging and handling of goods.
• Maintain accurate stock and dispatch documentation.
• Prepare daily/weekly dispatch reports for management.
• Follow company SOPs and safety guidelines.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Dispatch & Logistics Operations
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management
• Good MS Excel skills
• ERP/SAP/Tally knowledge will be an advantage
• Strong documentation and coordination skills
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch deadlines
• Attention to detail

Education

Graduate in any discipline preferred. Diploma/qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain or Warehouse Management will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

• 2–5 years of experience in dispatch, warehouse or logistics operations.
• Candidates from Retail, Textile, FMCG, Apparel or Manufacturing industries will be preferred.
• Should be comfortable coordinating with warehouse, transporters and internal teams.
