Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller for General Insurance Sales. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers over the phone, understanding their insurance needs, explaining suitable insurance products, and converting interested leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain General Insurance products and their benefits in a simple and clear manner.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable insurance options.
• Follow up with interested customers and work towards closing sales.
• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
• Build good customer relationships and handle basic queries professionally.
• Achieve daily/monthly calling and sales targets.
• Coordinate with the internal team for policy issuance and customer support.

Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with sales calls and regular customer follow-ups.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain lead records.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and a target-oriented approach.
• Previous experience in telecalling, insurance, banking, or financial product sales is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and an interest in sales can also apply.
