Job Description
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for handling the job assigned by the Service Department.
b) It includes repairing of various cards and components of the UPS system, Inverter, Charger.
c) It includes attending breakdown calls, repairing, preventive maintenance and AMC, whenever
required.
d) It includes maintain top class service level; follow the defined TAT and other parameters
e) It includes maintain inventory of Goods, Spares, tools and accessories.
g) It includes receiving calls and quick response.
h) It includes attend sites on 24X7 basis as and when required.
i) It includes achieving targets of service sales
