About the RoleVoxtune Music Academy is looking for a Sales Executive to join our Growth & Outreach team. The candidate will be responsible for handling enquiries from parents and students, explaining our music programs, following up with leads, handling objections and converting enquiries into paid enrollments.

This is a target-based sales role requiring strong communication, follow-up discipline and closing ability.

• Key ResponsibilitiesContact and follow up with leads received through digital marketing and other channels.
• Speak with parents/students and understand their requirements.
• Explain Voxtune’s music programs, packages and learning options.
• Qualify leads based on interest, requirements and readiness to enroll.
• Coordinate demo/trial classes with the academic team.
• Follow up with prospects after demo classes.
• Handle customer objections related to pricing, online classes, timings and competition.
• Convert qualified leads into paid enrollments.
• Follow up on pending payments.
• Maintain accurate lead information and follow-ups in CRM/Google Sheets.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Submit daily sales/EOD reports within the required timelines.
• Coordinate with Academic Operations and Student Success teams for successful student onboarding.
• RequirementsExcellent spoken English and communication skills.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and closing skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and repeated follow-ups.
• Target-oriented and performance-driven.
• Good listening and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, CRM, WhatsApp and email.
• Good time management and reporting discipline.
• Willingness to work on-site.

Preferred ExperienceCandidates with experience in sales, tele-sales, EdTech, education counselling, admissions, training, customer relationship management or service sales will be preferred.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and strong sales aptitude may also apply.
