Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through field visits, references, local market visits, and customer referrals.
- Acquire new customers for Gold Loan products.
- Visit prospective customers, traders, small businesses, and local communities to generate leads.
- Explain gold loan products, eligibility, interest rates, documentation, and repayment options.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Coordinate with the branch/credit team for KYC, valuation, documentation, and loan disbursement.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Achieve monthly lead generation, customer acquisition and gold loan disbursement targets.
- Maintain daily activity and sales reports.
