Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations: Oversee opening and closing, speed of service, and workflow during peak lunch and dinner rushes.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and schedule team members while maintaining labor cost targets.
- Quality & Safety: Enforce food safety, hygiene regulations (like HACCP), and store cleanliness.
- Financial Control: Manage inventory, reduce food waste, track cash handling, and review sales targets.
- Customer Care: Resolve guest complaints quickly and keep satisfaction scores high.
