*About the Role:*

We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused individuals for a Leading Paint Brand. This is a field + retail role that involves guiding customers in product selection, driving sales, and coordinating painting services.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Customer Consultation:* Visit customers at their residences, understand requirements, conduct site inspection and recommend suitable products & finishes.

2. *Sales & Business Development:* Achieve sales targets through field visits, dealer network, and Ezy Colour Kiosk / store walk-ins.

3. *Retail Engagement:* Provide expert in-store consultancy to walk-in customers at paint shops / company kiosks.

4. *Project Coordination:* Supervise and coordinate painting work at customer sites through appointed contractors as per company guidelines.

5. *Relationship Management:* Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, and customers.

6. *Reporting:* Maintain daily field reports and sales data.

*Eligibility Criteria:*

- *Qualification:* Any Graduate (All streams eligible)

- *Experience:* 0 - 3 Years (Freshers Welcome)

- *Age Limit:* 18 to 30 Years

- *Mandatory Requirement:* Own Two-Wheeler with Valid Driving License

*Salary & Benefits:*

- *Non-Metro:* Monthly Gross ₹23,000 + Incentives + Petrol Allowance

- *Metro:* Monthly Gross ₹27,000 + Incentives + Petrol Allowance

- *Benefits:* EPF, ESIC, Attractive Incentives, Paid Leaves, Annual Bonus
