Job Description
The employee shall be responsible for handling assigned health insurance leads, making outbound calls, qualifying prospects, understanding customer requirements, conducting systematic follow-ups, generating appointments and quotations, supporting policy conversions and renewals, generating referrals, maintaining customer relationships, and updating all relevant activities in the Company's CRM system.
