WE ARE HIRING – HR MANAGER


💼 Position:HR Manager 

👩 Gender: Female 

🎓 Qualification:BBA / MBA 

🏭 Industry:Engineering / Manufacturing 

💰 Salary Package: 6 LPA +

🔢 Vacancies: 1 


📌 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage recruitment, candidate screening, and interview coordination. 

✅ Handle employee records, attendance, and HR documentation. 

✅ Support onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. 

✅ Coordinate with departments for manpower planning. 

✅ Assist with HR policies and compliance documentation.


🎯 Requirements:

✔️ BBA / MBA qualification. 

✔️ Experience in an engineering or manufacturing company preferred. 

✔️ Good communication and interpersonal skills. 

✔️ Knowledge of recruitment and general HR operations.
