Job Description
Job Title: Telesales & Lead Generation Executive
We are looking for a Telesales & Lead Generation Executive responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, following up with prospects, and converting leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through calls, online platforms, databases, and other sources.
- Make outbound calls and explain products/services to potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up with leads regularly through calls and WhatsApp/email.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
- Maintain customer and lead records in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily/monthly call, lead, and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for successful order closure.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi & English communication preferred.
- Experience in telesales, telecalling, lead generation, or sales preferred.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
