Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer orders, billing, and cash/POS transactions efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter and service area.
- Assist customers with menu/product information and provide friendly service.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for timely order preparation and delivery.
- Ensure proper stock availability of counter items and packaging materials.
- Follow company SOPs, food safety, and customer service standards.
